Exercise to lose weight is actually a good idea. The plan should always be: less calories in and more calories out if you want to lose weight. It seems quite logical and simple, but the reality is a bit harder for most people. The abdominal machine craze is still popular in the Western world. But do you really need that fancy and expensive material? I seriously doubt it! A healthy diet and some minutes a day of simple no cost exercise will do the trick… The killer ab craze is in full effect. In fact there’s nothing people want more than a nice six pack. Or is it an eight pack these days? My weight training partner tells me he wants a 12 pack. He must have something going on that the rest of us don’t.
